Restaurants Listing German or German-Like
Items on their Menus
It seems all the German restaurants are gone—Dagmar’s in Albuquerque, Heimat House, The Grain Station, and others have all either closed or changed management. As such, we have been on the lookout for a German restaurant in town. Unfortunately, we have not yet found any. To fill the void, we’ve been watching for establishments which list German or German-like items on their menus.
We’ve found a few that fit that description, but we’re enlisting each of you as our roving reporters to help us be on the lookout for more places that list German or German-like items on their menus. If you find a place, please email us and give us the name and address of the place, along with a description of the related items they list on their regular menu. Alternatively, if you visit any of the places we list and they no longer offer items we have reported on, please update us on that, also.
To date, we have found one Deli, two Taverns, and five Pubs, which we list below.
